Do you wake up on a Monday and think how is it Monday again?? Well this blog is for you.
Waking up on a Monday morning feeling positive and fresh, can change your whole mindset. Make a Monday morning routine, I wake up earlier on a Monday than other days through the week. I like to enjoy a morning cuppa in bed and watching GMB, spending that extra time in bed relaxing changes my whole mood. I then get out my five minute journal and fill it out. I do my skin care as I have the extra time and play my favourite play list.
I also agree how you spend your Sunday reflects on your week, after 4/5pm I refuse to leave my house! I recharge my body and relax. I pamper myself and set my goals for the week. Give yourself some self love and set your goals, wake up and motivate yourself!!!
